Use Your Weapons: God-Given Visions and Dreams

art beautiful bloom blooming

Sometimes I see what appears a defeating and hopeless circumstance, and my own mind is troubled.

For what I see in the natural seems like the set and unchangeable reality…

But then I use my weapons, as the Spirit gives me a truer insight into what is possible for me, with the Lord, through visions and dreams.

Glimpsing into the lense of the Spiritual realm reveals what is already provided for me

and shows me that there is more to something when I otherwise would have believed I had to give up on it.

Visions and dreams give me special information on how to alter what is happening in the physical world

and by faith, I receive the confidence, in what I hope for, to be made manifest (*Hebrews 11:1).

Glimpsing these supernatural ‘maps’ can provide advanced information on where to obtain the blessings the Lord has provided for me, revealing how to pray and what to pray, and showing what actions may be effective to make those things which are not yet existent, in the physical or perceived by the five senses, into being (**Romans 4:17-21)

Not only are these spiritual weapons for my defense, but at times I can use them to bring motivation, clarity and encouragement to others of the family of believers.

For those of the body are made to help one another with weapons when needed (***1 Corinthians 12:7)

Thank You, Lord, for visions and dreams!

*Now faith is the assurance that what we hope for will come about and the certainty that what we cannot see exists (Hebrews 11:1)

**“In the presence of the God in whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist” (Romans 4:17 NRSV)

***To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all (1 Corinthians 12:7 NET)
